Blush Bridge Walk

5:00pm Friday 7th October 2022
The Toowoomba Regional Council will again this year, light up the Victoria Street Bridge and the City Hall Annex in PINK from the 2nd to the 15th of October, to raise awareness of Breast Cancer Month (October) and to celebrate the wonderful work of Blush Cancer Care Inc.

Our not-for-profit organisation is completely funded by community donations and supports women and men from Toowoomba and the surrounding areas who have experienced breast cancer.

To promote awareness of our organisation, Blush has again organised a walk around the town centre starting from the Railway Goods shed.

We invite you to dress in PINK and join us on October 7th for a pleasant early-evening stroll, to celebrate the resilience and strength of all breast cancer patients in the area. Walk for yourself, a family member or a friend.

This walk will help promote and expand the community awareness of what Blush does and why.

We will assemble at the Railway Goods shed at 4.30pm. At 5.00pm we will stroll along Russell Street, up Ruthven Street to the Council Chambers Annex, back down to the bridge and finish at the Railway Goods shed.  It would be lovely to see as many supporters there as possible on the bridge.
Stay tuned. Registration for this event will open later in the year.
